Depending on the scope, a project may need a topographical survey, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical, energy and fire-safety documentation, plus authority approvals.

When is a building permit required in Greece?
A building permit may be required where works affect structure, outline, use or floor area. The correct route depends on the property and proposed works, so we review the scope first.
When might a small-scale works approval apply?
An approval may apply to works within the Greek small-scale works rules and outside the scope of a full building permit. We check the work type and documents before construction starts.
